This site is a tribute to our younger brother, Roy Allen, who passed away suddenly in Hong Kong on 12th May. We will miss him terribly. He is much loved and will always be remembered.

Thoughts
So sad to hear of Roy’s untimely passing. We were great friends in London when we first starting teaching in Tower Hamlets. Corridor cricket, comedy nights, goal keeper training in the Park, gym sessions. It was great to reconnect in Hong Kong so many years later and then over Twitter once again. You will be missed. Sending all the best to your family.

We were so saddened to hear the news about Roy. Roy was a great colleague and friend. He willed be missed. It was comforting to know that he got a good send off in Hong Kong with friends gathering. Love to his family and friends around the world.

Roy was a brilliant uncle. He was kind, funny and endlessly patient with all the games we made him play when we were younger! It was lovely too, as we got older, to have the opportunity to discuss anything and everything with him, he was so knowledgeable. Even though he was far away, he always felt close. I'll miss him very much.

Mr Allen was the only person who could actually teach me maths, and thats coming from a person with dyscalculia! Rest in peace, I will think of you often.
